Social Development Program

Transportation Service
CP owns six wheelchair accessible vehicles, including two buses, and four vans. They are providing transportation within our programs for medical, social, education, and recreational purposes.

Social Development Programs
A wide range of activities events throughout the year. Events include activities from sporting events to family picnics and dances.  Volunteers are available to assist participants if needed and transportation is provided.

Other Services Available
  -Kids on the Block puppets to help educate on disabilities, especially school age and preschool
